About us
These services are provided by T & W Bauman Enterprises, carrying on business as IBS of Brampton (All Batteries), an authorized Interstate Batteries distributor at 7835 Highway 50, Unit 14 & 15, Woodbridge, Ontario L4H 4X9, Canada, for its authorized wholesale customers. By using our site and dealer services you agree to these terms. Accounts are for your business’s use only — keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
Orders and account information
Orders placed with us are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance, product availability, and your account standing. Prices, inventory, and delivery information are provided in good faith and may be corrected or updated. Your dealer agreement with IBS Brampton continues to govern the commercial relationship; these terms cover use of our website and dealer portal.
Text-message notifications
Delivery text notifications are optional. You enable them yourself by providing a mobile number and agreeing to the delivery-alert consent, and consent is never a condition of ordering from us. A new number receives a one-time confirmation text and must reply YES before alerts begin (double opt-in). Message frequency varies with your delivery schedule; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery tracking links are unique to your delivery and should not be shared. How we handle your number is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use our site or portal in any way that interferes with its operation, attempts to access another customer’s information, or circumvents its security. We may suspend access to protect the service or where an account is misused.
Service, liability, and changes
Our site and portal are provided as-is; we work to keep them accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, IBS Brampton’s liability arising from use of the site or portal is limited to direct damages. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
